Hi!
My recently out-of-the-box VKB Gladiator has a problem described in this forum post: viewtopic.php?t=6783. I have submitted a Support Ticket 2 days ago, but I have some questions about possible repairs. If the base is required to be sent to VKB, do I have to pay for shipping there and back? If it'll take me almost 50$ for a repair I will seriously consider living with this problem, unless it is something user-fixable, but I don't know.

Alright, I have succesfully disassembled the joystick and taken the gimball out. I presume I have to sand down the part of dust cover that interferes with the gimball?

Oh shit, they weren't lying about your customer support, you really are great. I will post an update after the dust cover correction attempt. Thanks for your help.
