Hello,
Could you tell me something about the status of order #24805? I placed the order on April 16 and at that time all the products were in stock.
Thank you.

Re: Order #24805 Status - Ticket #7480
The Gunfighter Mk.III Base description and the Omni Throttle Adapter (OTA) description say that they both include a Grip fastener. I would need 4 Grip Fasteners for my HOSAS setup (2 Grip Fasteners x 2 Joysticks), one to connect the SCG Grip Conversion Kit to the OTA and one to connect the OTA to the base. Could you confirm that the content of the products and my order is correct?

Hello Ruylor,
Thank you for the purchase. Omni Throttle adapters are supplied via air shipping based on pre-ordering so yes, we accept orders but it might take some time before shipping. All requested batches have just arrived. So your order should be shipped today or on Monday the latest.
Yes, I confirm that 4 grip fasteners will be included in the order.

Hello,
There is an error in the order, as you can see in the photos the right OTA is the same as the left OTA with the upper metal connector rotated. Also the model reference is rewritten on the box. Once the grips are mounted on the base, the front side of the left grip points a little downwards, while the front side of the right grip points a little upwards. In short, the left OTA is fine but the right OTA is bad.

Both L and R OTAs are made with the same parts, installed differently. Take out the screws securing the bottom connector (the one with the pins), turn the connector 180deg and secure it back.
Sorry about getting the wrong setup
