Ticket #7078 - no answer for 23 days

Hi,

I am currently waiting for a response of my ticket.
The last answer on the ticket was 23 days ago.

As I currently cannot use my current GNX OT / SEM setup this is really frustrating.
The only open point in the ticket which is waiting 23 days is how I get the promised part.

Can someone please check the ticket?
