I am having a slight issue with my brand new Gladiator NXT.
There seems to be some slack in the twist (Z) axis around the center point and it comes up when changing directions - left-to-right or right-to-left.
If I twist the stick from center to left for example and just keep twisting it repeatedly to the same side, there is no issue. If, however, I travel from one direction back to center and then to the other direction, there is some physical rotation of the stick just at the center which is not picked up by the sensor. It looks something like this:
From left-to-right:

From right-to-left:
