Since this seems to be the only place to get a response from your customer service I have to give it a shot.
I ordered on your Europe web shop on the 20th of April and got shortly after (April 22) the confirmation that my order is complete and shipped. This email also states that I will receive the tracking information in a separate email. But I didn't receive any further emails from you or a shipping service to confirm the shipment and/or tracking information. And obviously didn’t get my package yet.
I did open a support ticket (#4917) but didn’t get any response.
I'm looking forward to your response and would appreciate any help you can provide me with.

It might be a mistake on our side. It has been marked as "completed" by mistake. The order will be processed and shipped tomorrow. Sorry for confusion.
