I ordered a gladiator NXT on 24th of feb, but it was returned to you by DHL due to "Customs data incorrect, return to shipper"
I've raised a couple of tickets and emailed about this but got no reply? Did you get it back? are you going to resend? If not, can i get a refund?

Yes, the parcel has been returned back. We will ship via PostNL now instead of DHL. PostNL seems more reliable for your destination.
