It's been a week for me and still "processing"
I'm seriously considering refunding, the whole "in stock" when it isn't is a kick in the balls to me, I could have ordered and gotten a joystick or hotas from another brand if I knew they'd give me the run around.
Feb, 24 for me ( that was a very long evening ), and no order status update since, nor ups notification.

I ordered mine on the 24th and it was completed yesterday but guys you have to understand that this isn't Logitech with thousands of employees...
VKB along with V----L make the best sticks in the market but they are small companies compared to the established giants. Plus you have to factor in COVID which makes everything harder.
Yes, they said in stock because they had an expected date for cargo ship arrival but that was then delayed by a week. OK, they aren't perfect with their timings, but nobody is perfect.
All I can say is to be patient and in the end you will have quality hardware in your hands. For me, it's worth the wait.
Happy flights to all!

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
It's not on stock it shouldn't say it's on stock, if I had pre-ordered for when it was back in stock I wouldn't mind waiting, but it said in stock and that it would ship within 1-3 days and after a week it hasn't even been shipped yet, I'm not expecting Amazon prime levels of logistics, I'm expecting transparency.
Covid really isn't an excuse for selling things claiming they're in their warehouse/store when they're not.

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
I put my order on 24th of February (order 15813). Yesterday I received a mail that the stick has been received by DHL and today I received it at home.
VKB Europa has his office in the Netherlands, where I also live. So a package just needs 1 day.
Guys.....your stick will come in the next days. Don’t worry!!!
I am also waiting already 2 months for a new GPU. That’s a bigger challenge then a Gladiator NXT

"In stock" in retail means that it is available for purchase. It was in their China warehouse, it had an expected date of arrival, but various geopolitical moves, as well as COVID makes logistics in these times a nightmare. Here is a video from a huge USA port showing what kind of "traffic jam" is going on: https://www.freightwaves.com/news/new-v ... raffic-jam. There are hundreds of thousand tonnes of various shipment waiting there. So if your shipping agent, be it UPS, DHL or God allmighty, has sent a ship on it's way, it does not take into account this kind of holdup. They give you an estimated time of arrival and that's it. VKB also has to wait for their container. It cannot move it magically from a container ship in the middle of the sea to Netherlands.
You claim that you could have bought another HOTAS while waiting for VKB - where and which one? In Europe everything is sold out, except extremely simple models and the most expensive HOTAS. If you can in your country - great, do it, ask VKB for refund and save us all of your complaining.
This makes you look like a spoiled brat who wants it all right now. You aren't entitled to aynthing, no one ows you anything. The whole world has been patiently waiting for months to be able to purchase HOTAS somewhere, and you give these guys a hard time.

Received 2 hours ago, packaging is excellent, product looks awesome.
Will test it soon ...
NB : However oredering it was a nightmare, hope it will never be like that again (we'll see for the Throttle).

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
Nightmare was that as soon as the sale was opened, the site was almost down, constantly returning "Bad Gateway" errors. It almost take two hours for most of us to place an order. But fortunately, VKB said they would move the site to more powerful hardware.

What the fuck? In stock means, literally, in stock,
What does have in stock mean?
phrase. (Retail: Merchandising) When a physical or online store has an item in stock, it has that item in the store or in a warehouse and available for purchase now.
It clearly wasn't in stock yet they're selling it as if it was, it's a lie, liking their products doesn't mean you have to defend their store's inability to be transparent or their deceitful practices.
T. Flight, T16000M, X52, X56 and Warthog hotas sets are available in local stores, where in stock actually means in stock, I could have received them by now had I ordered it from one of them.
I actually am entitled to something, this isn't charity, I'm not asking them for a favour when they have the time if it isn't much inconvenience, I'm a customer, I paid for a product (and shipping costs) yet they lied about the product's availability, expecting them to uphold their own terms and not lie to me isn't being a spoiled brat, it's being a regular fucking customer, welcome to adulthood, where people pay for goods and expect to receive them in due time, where when they have to wait for something to get in stock when it clearly isn't, they get upset at being lied to.
I also fail to see how logjams in a port in California prevent a dutch store from shipping an item that is in stock, I'm not upset some aliexpress order is delayed, I'm upset a store in europe does not honour it's word when it comes to its actual stock.

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
Hi bobgato,
Yes, we sell most of our products when they are physically in stock with some exceptions : our CEA products (China Express Airlift). Those one are new products which are not yet physically arrives via regular ocean cargo. It has been shipped over air weekly, based on the orders paid. It helps people to get a new product earlier but it costs some extra. The other exception might be electronic upgrade kits and specific grips for older models which are very rarely ordered.
With NXT case we have just opened selling before the cargo arrives to us. So we could have time to prepare for shipping. Actually, this time containership delayed and cargo arrived almost one week later.
I agree that current status is misleading. We are working to add custom status of the products which will be more relevant.
