Hi guys,

We are working with UPS constantly to resolve the issue with number of parcels which were shipped in the middle of January.
Parcels sent in the first week of Jan and in February are delivered. It seems that UPS has improved the service significantely. So we are now ready to open shipping to the UK on Wednesday.

However, some parcels are stuck. The list of parcels are passed to UPS last week and they promised to speed it up. All needed papers were sent to UPS just in case if any is lost. I have pushed UPS again today and will follow up tomorrow. I simply need an answer whether they move them further from Eindhoven or accepted that they are lost. Then we will re-ship them from the new batch.

I also noticed that some parcels are moved to the UK and stuck on the sorting center there. I hope they will move rather soon.

The good news: UPS has arranged for us paperless invoice method. The invoice does not need to be attached to the parcel so the risk of delay due to missing paper is eliminated now.

It's a shame, because VKB sticks look incredible, but the chaos around shipping is enough to put me off

I wouldn't let a 1 time shipping complication due to exceptional circumstances put you off getting a product you are really interested in, especially as I don't think this is going to be a problem going forward.

Eduard
my shipment for Order #12797 (December 24, 2020) has been lost by UPS. It was scheduled for delivery on 19th February but unsurprisingly did not arrive. I contacted UPS immediately and received an email stating that they cannot locate the shipment in Eindhoven and to undertake a detailed investigation the shipper VKB needs to request the investigation and provide additional information

"In order to assist me, please can you provide some additional package details. I will require confirmation of the contents of the outstanding box- number of items, branding, make, model (where applicable). As I will also require contact details for the shipper- telephone number/ email address, and confirmation of how the goods were packaged, I would recommend reporting this to VKB so that they may initiate the investigation and liaise with yourself in terms of replacement or refund."

Can you lease with your UPS agent to try and resolve the status of the order and also to advise about a replacement

I personally think that using UPS for shipping to the UK starting again tomorrow is unwise and premature and would recommend against it

Hi guys,

UPS is closely monitoring stuck parcels. It seems they are all moving now. Here is the internal UPS status of the parcels:
OFD means that the parcel has left the facility in Eindhoven or are in London on it’s way for delivery (I don't want to put full tracking numbers on public forum.)

1ZV7888968278xxx30 OFD
1ZV7888968369xxx71 OFD
1ZV7888968383xxx05 OFD
1ZV7888968087xxx16 OFD
1ZV7888968106xxx95 OFD
1ZV7888968214xxx70 OFD
1ZV7888968236xxx89 OFD
1ZV7888968133xxx14 OFD
1ZV7888968251xxx00 OFD
1ZV7888968398xxx67 OFD
1ZV7888968117xxx65 OFD
1ZV78889DK112xxx57 OFD
1ZV7888968113xxx92 DELIVERED
1ZV7888968107xxx13 DELIVERED
1ZV7888968177xxx24 DELIVERED
1ZV7888968289xxx90 DELIVERED
1ZV7888968332xxx86 Released but not detected by ASX, re-released.

The last one missed the track. UPS will make sure to get on the next available one.

I believe all issues with the parcels should be resolved this week.

Hi Steve,
It has been just escalated. I will try to get some reply on that today.

We are considering to use DHL as an alternative.

The parcel left Eindhoven today. Actual public tracking info should be updated later when it is scanned in the UK sorting center.

Eduard Thanks - I received an email from UPS earlier confirming that have located the package and it is due for delivery 26th Feb. Fingers crossed it is delivered, it has been a long and frustrating journey but hopefully the light is at the end of the tunnel

#4025 Delivery - Order 15148 is now 49 days late. Should have been delivered on 11th January. It is now 1st March. Does anyone at VKB care? UPS doesn't care by the way.

My order shipped on 19 Jan, delivered on 1 Mar. Delivery -- 41 days. Want a refund for delivery from UPS. VKB, please, assist as it's only you who can request it from UPS for me, they said. Brexit, Covid-19 whatever it does not cost 14 Euros (3 days delivery). It should've not been offered in the 1st place. Could use a regular post or UPS cheapest option.

UPS seems to be a sucker these days... I am waiting for a sending (ebay-purchase from UK to Germany - nothing to do with VKB) for +50 days now, and still counting... :x

I can only hope that it won't be that bad when they are processing an order within the EU! :?

On a positive note, my Gladiator (ordered Feb 24th) arrived today (March 3rd). This is despite UPS informing me that it was delayed to tomorrow due to Brexit.

Huh, that's interesting. I ordered mine on the same day and I'm still waiting for it to be dispatched
