Re: VKB Shipping to UK
Harry have you tried emailing anyone from the list that was shared earlier in this thread? I found that I got a very quick response and after a follow up phone call they are now on the case.
I sent an email out to all of the addresses in the list, worth a shot if you aren't getting anywhere.

Eduard,
I have now started a claim with UPS as to the location, apparently they will only tell VKB as to the results of the investigation
any more info you can push from your end?
Re: VKB Shipping to UK
Yes I've emailed all those addresses - the one that was getting some joy 3 times now. It's getting close to a PayPal case at this point - maybe VKB'll actually lift a finger at that point

Anyone else still have their delivery stuck in Eindhoven? Been 4 weeks with no movement. UPS not even updating the tracker for the last 6 days; just says no information available. Tried all the email addresses with no luck. Only response I've had is from UPS customer services email saying they will look into it...

Yes mine is still stuck there, I imagine many others are as well, they say they haven't had the correct invoices from vkb so they can't clear customs in the Netherlands, This is what UPS told me anyway. I had to send my invoice to customer services at ups which they have forwarded to the team in Eindhoven, unfortunately my parcel still hasn't moved and the delivery date keeps moving back, don't really know what to do at this point, and I have to say I am a bit disappointed that we haven't heard more from vkb about this, as this is the most active thread on this forum I would have thought it might encourage them to get this sorted but it appears there is a bunch of us who's parcels are in stuck in some weird customs limbo and it's been left to us to sort out. I was initially quite understanding as I put it down to a problem due to Brexit and covid issues/delays but the fact it hasn't been sorted at this point and my parcel along with others have been sat there for 3 weeks or more in some cases is ridiculous.
Re: VKB Shipping to UK
So I did get a reply eventually (after emailing the UPS CEO a couple of times) and had the option to pay my import charge, however the latest update (not visible in tracking info) is that the order is being returned to sender. What a farce - how is UPS accepting import charge payments whilst their packages are being returned to sender?
Can you confirm that if it is returned to sender you'll send it back out with the correct information this time @VKB @Eduard? Also can you refund my postage now plz (already asked no reply)?! I've bought a stand from Monstertech which is currently set up and waiting to receive this damn flight stick - I'd rather not return it and probably don't have the option to do so after this long anyway.

Agreed, don't know if the Europe branch also close up for Chinese New year but if they have done without resolving this it's shocking, to have multiple customers all suffering with this same issue with such little communication is really poor form. I know it's something that is unlikely to happen again as it does seem to be related to recent changes, and seems like more recent orders have gone through ok, but I wish there was a bit more effort in getting this sorted, waiting 3 weeks or more for a parcel just isn't ok.

Same as mine, paid Friday and it hasn't moved since then.
I'm pissed off, as the receivers we shouldn't even have to be chasing UPS. It's the responsibility of the sender.
I tried to tell UPS to send the package back but VKB have to request it i wonder how long until they reply.

Mine arrived after the email to CEO got stuff moving. But if you look elsewhere you will see the problems with UPS are ongoing: https://www.reddit.com/r/UPS/comments/l ... /?sort=new
Even customers in the US who ordered goods via UPS are waiting. UK system is totally overwhelmed atm.
