Can't calibrate T-Rudder Pedals

Not ready to re-contact technical support again as I've already got a ticket but they haven't solved my problem yet! The Tech support guy has been slow to get back to me at times and I think he thinks I know more about this process than I do because his explanations of what I should do is not very specific!

I have Windows 11 on a new computer build, I've been able to easily calibrate my Gladiator NXT EVO ‘Space Combat Edition’ - Right Hand -- and my STECS Throttle System Mk.II - Mini Plus! I have the latest Firmware downloaded: V2_19_9 and VKBevCfg Device Configurator and VKB zBootloader
However, I'm haven't been able to calibrate my T-Rudders Mk.V Rudder Pedals.

So here's my question:
When I highlight my T-Rudders Mk.V Rudder Pedals and then click "Calibrate", a box opens up to calibrate what looks like a Joystick instead!
When I click "Start Calibration" it says:

Set axis to zero position.
Axis with center to .
Press and release flip trigger.

My Rudders don't have a flip trigger -- so I assume it thinks I'm calibrating a joystick! How do I get to see my rudders instead!

Have you separate controllers for every device?

How do you connect your pedals to computer?

>How do you connect your pedals to computer?
The T-Rudder is connected to the Black Box via an Ethernet cable and the Black Box is connected to the computer via an USB cable! This is a new computer build which is why I'm re-connecting them after a successful connection on my old build.
However when I first bought the T-Rudder Pedals I had the same issue and the VKB Tech (I believe it was "fallout9") eventually figured out the issue was the Ethernet cable connection and when I jiggled both ends, it eventually allowed me to calibrate correctly! I've tried the jiggle the cable over and over again but that hasn't helped this time!
Should I try a different Ethernet cable and if so, does it matter what kind (Cat5, Cat6 etc) or brand?

Now I've got another problem! When I open the software to calibrate the T-Rudder, it doesn;t show as a T-Rugger but instead shows as "zBoot Njoy32 v02.35". Nothing I've tried to do has changed it to T-Rudder Pedals! What do I do now? I tried to attach a screenshot but couldn't figure how to do it!

This line indicates that the controller is in Boot mode and ready for flashing.
You need to download the firmware package, unzip it into the folder of the same name (not the configurator folder), and select the appropriate one based on your BlackBox version.
Based on your information, you should download the firmware from the MK3 folder.
Update the configurator at the same time.

When I run VKBDevCfg, the above screen comes up (in the picture) and the T-rudder Pedal aren't listed. If I instead click "zBoot Njoy32 v02.35", the "Default" button doesn't come up! How do I get VKBDevCfg to show my T-Rudder Pedals, so I can click Default?

They're in bootloading mode, unplugging and plugging back to USB should made them reboot in normal mode.

You’re right!
I opened the software and then unplugged the USB from the black box, plugged it back in and the T-Rudder showed up! Then a small box opened & asked if I wanted to configure the T-Rudders. I clicked yes and the next box that opened looked different than what I’d been seeing before. I went through the steps and VIOLA -- my T-Rudder Pedals were configured!
Thanks for the continued help and for sticking with me with your answers!
Now -- I’ve only got to figure out what buttons to bind to my sim -- IL-2 Sturmovik!
Happy flying now!
Thanks again!!!
