Gladiator EVO snsitivity for MSFS 2024

Hi,
i am most happy with my Gladiator EVO joystick controlling MSFS 2024 planes. It works beautifully, However, I have an issue with its overall sensitivity (or dynamic range), which is much too high.
The only way to get a realistic response in the three primary axes (pitch, roll, yaw) is to reduce the response of the corresponding controls in MSFS by tuning the Extremity Dead Zone (forget Sensitivities +/+, and similar minor tweaks) to ridicusly low values (EDZ about 0.87, thus reducing the range of joystick axes to about 1/7th of maximum).
Such an extreme setting leaves little room for further adjustments, which made me consider using ALSO the option of Curves to scale down the joystick response.
I followed in every detail two nearly identical VKB videos (i.e. “Software Tutorials - How to set up Curves”; “Joystick Respone Curves, what are they …”) but the overall respose in MSFS did not change a bit.
Please help,
Giorgio
