Hi, I own a Limited Edition Fat Black Mamba Mk.III (5 pins with Cobra grip.)
I was wondering if it would be possible to purchase a legacy Gladiator Mk. II Upgrade Kit Lite along with one of the Gunfighter Mk.III grips to upgrade it? I would probably get a MCG Ultimate w/Twist if it is compatible, would I need to upgrade the springs too?
Thanks!
Fat Black Mamba Upgrade Possible?

Re: Fat Black Mamba Upgrade Possible?
Unfortunately, there is no way now.
Upgrade kits were indeed designed and produced some years ago, but they gradually were sold out (also years ago).
Mamba was (still is) one of our very favorite products, but her golden days are gone.
I apologize for bad news, but this is what it is.

If you have access to turning work, then there is nothing complicated. You need to grind out the adapter and replace the 5-pin one with a 3-pin one. Then connect and configure. I've been doing this kind of work for a long time.

Interesting, what did you do for the wiring? Can you just use the existing slot on the board, but with only 3 wires?

Re: Fat Black Mamba Upgrade Possible?
My task was to completely abandon the 5-pin connector in order to use any grip with a 3-pin connector.
If you use only one grip and a non-removable one, then you can completely abandon the contact pair.
