I'm extremely left handend and right hand sticks jusat don't work for me.

Therefore I'm looking to buy a left hand stick and right hand throttle.
The Gladiator NXT evo - lefthand is a prime candidate and would like to use the GNX WWII throttle in my right hand as a combo with it.

Is It possible to switch/turn around the trottle grip lever (WWII THQ grip?) so it can be used in a right hand?

Yes you can - you simply insert it the other way round! Works perfectly
