Hello! I ordered the Omni throttle left hand and the Gladiator NXT EVO ‘Space Combat Edition’ - Right Hand but it’s showing the Omni throttle and the f14 version? This order was right when I placed it but when I looked this morning it was changed to the f14 version and the Omni throttle. Can I get this fixed before it ships? I’m not 100% on what happend. I tried creating a ticket but heard it was quicker to ask in the forums. The order number is #20497. There is a price difference as what I ordered it cheaper than what it got switched to. I don’t care about a refund, I would just like to get it fixed correctly before the order gets shipped out.

Ticket is best for the order cancellation, hopefully they'll catch it in time.

Thanks for the quick reply Fallout! Hoping they see the ticket soon and get it changed, I wouldn’t care about a refund as long as it got changed to the correct joystick. Super stoked to try them out as I’ve heard nothing but good things!

Order was canceled and money refunded. Will take up to 10 days to return to my card before I can purchase again Such a bummer.

Unfortunately cancelling is the only resolve in cases like this. But good news is that 10 days estimation is the longest; you should get the refund sooner than that.

No worries! Just got the notification that I got refunded so here’s to hoping it’ll be posted tomorrow morning so I can order.
