STECS Front "Fingerlift" Levers

Postby Str][ker » Fri Dec 29, 2023 22:26

On the STECS, is it possible to configure the two "finger lift" levers on the front edge of the throttle grips as an axis? I had someone ask me if this would be possible as they wanted to make use of them as rudder pedals which I think is a great idea. I assume they are not built as axes but would something like this be possible configuring virtual axes of some sort? I've never really played around with the virtual axis programing so I don't really know how it works. I thought I'd pop by here to ask on that person's behalf. Thanks!

Easily. Select the multiplier to your taste, pressing the buttons simultaneously resets the axis to the center.

That's awesome! Thanks Ron61! I appreciate your taking time to post the response so thoroughly. I relayed this to the person who had asked me and referenced them to this post.
