Are the shipping fee's included as part of the total order cost when factoring in the $799 limit for Canadian orders?

My order total is $804 that I'm ready to order, including shipping.

There's no limit for Canadian orders, only for US, because US is applying a tax for anything that comes from China with a value of over $800. In Canada the sales tax is applied no matter the value of the product.
