Gunfighter IV mount options

HI, currently deciding to order Gunfighter MK IV and I see there is a mount available however it says it's not fully compatible with the Gunfighter MK IV and that there is a workaround. Can anyone please provide me with more specifics of how to do such thing before I proceed with the order?
