T-rudder Mk.IV vs. Mk.V

Just wanted to ask what the difference is between the two?

I've bought the Mk.IV in March and I'm pretty happy about them.

BUT: I do really like how the new footrest looks; gotta feel way better then the current round one!
-> is there a way to get this as an Upgrade? That really would be nice^^
