My First VKB Order - Items Missing!

Hello VKB community.

I ordered the premium right Gladiator NXT EVO (with base) and the Gladiator NXT EVO Omni Throttle - Left Hand (with base) but only the right Gladiator NXT EVO and base were delivered. The order information in my official VKB account and FedEx tracking shows that the full order was delivered. I submitted a ticket through the official VKB site yesterday and am still waiting for a response. Is there anything more I should do to get this issue resolved?

VKB came highly recommended by the Star Citizen community of which I have been a long time supporter. As excited as I was to place my first order with VKB, I am equally disappointed that this issue has occurred. I hope that this can be resolved quickly. Thanks for any help or advice with this issue.

Check again the tracking, there are usually 2 tracking numbers on the same shipment when it comes to a set of EVOs. It happened very often that the 2 parcels, each containing a joystick, to be delivered in different days.
