Gunfighter IV Upgrade - Downgrade

Hello, thank you for having me!

I'm extremely new to sims as I just bought my first stick for GA flight sims 3 weeks ago, a Gladiator NZXT Premium.

At the same time I ordered a Virpil CM3 throttle; that finally arrived 2 days ago but while I was waiting I also bought a Thrustmaster Warthog.

I was in love with the Gladiator stick for sure (still am) but wondering if anyone has gone from a Gunfighter IV to a WarBRD-D or vice versa?

Granted my Virpil just arrived, I've messed around with it a lot and fell in love with the software.

Wondering if I should go VKB or Virpil for my stick upgrade?

PS I also made a temporary stand for my stick as my sim-cockpit won't come to fruition for another year or so.
