Is new Black Box MK 3 compatible with older sticks?

I'm guessing that it is, but just wanted to see if I can use the new MK 3 Black Box for a Gunfighter MK 2 or 3?

So one can buy STECS with Black box 3, and get all Gunfighter 2 and T-rudders Mk4 connected to that one box?

No, the STECS and the Gladiators already have the black box electronics inside. The only devices that need the black box are the Gunfighters and the T-Rudders; they could run together on a single black box.

T-Rudder MK4 requires Black Box Mk1 or Mk2 though. Mk3 only works with T-Rudder Mk5.
