Change the orientation of the stick ?

is it possible to change the orientation of the stick while keeping the directions X and Y ? (for ex, like the central stick of the Mirage 2000 or the F14 where the orientation follows the arm and makes it more ergonomic)

The Gladiator NXT or NXT EVO doesn't allow this. The feature is present only on the GunFighter base (and older Gladiator Pro and K), in combination with certain grips.
