Dual NXT Premium - Yellow wire snapped

hello all,
This is my first post on the Forum. I’ve owned my dual NXT Premiums for about 1.5 years. Tonight, while playing SC my yaw stopped working. The stick has always been able to be pulled out of the bottom and when I pulled it out a little, I noticed that the yellow wire was snapped in two.

How do I order / get a new wire for my stick? I do not see it listed as a buying accessory / part.

Hi John, please fill up a service ticket on your local vendor website, they’ll provide a replacement.
About the grip coming out of the base, make sure you press on the grip when installing. If the original screws won’t catch anymore also ask for longer screws on the ticket.
