Good Afternoon,
I was wondering if there is some sort of trick to get support to reply to my submitted tickets? I have submitted multiple tickets since my purchase last night (one ticket was submitted 5 min after I made my purchase....) to get my address corrected on the order I have made (roughly 4 or 5 I think at this point), and I haven't gotten any response to any of them. Since it is not the weekend or a holiday and we are approaching the 24 hour mark I was wondering if there is something else I can do to get in contact with support. I don't want to throw away $400 to give my sticks to someone else. Any help is greatly appreciated.
