Wire Ripped + Notting forgot password email for main site

Hey!, i ripped the wire connecting the stick to the base on the VKB Gladiator NXT, where can i find the wire to replace it. Also im not getting the Forgot password email ive tried to different emails still nothing any help would be nice thanks!

You'll have to fill up a service ticket and in order to do that you'll need access to your account. Check your spam folder too, should find the reset email in there.
