I mean can I have a TM 16000 and your box and your rudder in X plane 11 on a Mac M1 and have it work..??

It should work. Please check again the FSM-GA video and notice that the device is simply a box and it won't just sit on the desk, it needs to either get attached to some existing mounts, or to be used together with the MFH.
