NXT WWII Combat Edition Hat/POV

I just got the NXT EVO ‘WWII Combat Edition". It has a 8-way HAT switch. This is not being automatically recognized as a POV by any of the flight sims I'am flying.

I'am new to this and I'am using the search functions.


8-way HAT switch is not a POV???

Can it be set up as a POV?

Just go ahead and assign the joystick in game, doesn't matter if it's called POV or not. If you need only 4 buttons, just ignore the corner buttons and that's it.
