Trying to reach NA support - case number 3843

On Friday 2/11 at about 5 pm central time i placed an order for a right hand Gladiator premium and (by mistake) a right hand Gladiator omni. I realized the mistake immediately and opened a support ticket to ask if the right hand omni could be switched to a left hand. I received a response yesterday afternoon that the order could not be altered and could only be cancelled, informed that the order may have already shipped and I would need to get word from VKB HQ. I was told by support that I'd know either late last night or this morning. It's now 2:30 in the afternoon and I haven't heard back. I'd hate to receive an unusable order after paying so much for shipping and I'd like to reorder today while the 1+1 sale is still going. Is there anyone that can assist me with this since NA support is not responding? My support case number is 3843.
