Heya

I mostly fly WW2 multiplayer combat sims.

For the last 3 years I’ve been flying with a centrally mounted Warthog stick and 250mm extension.

I’ve finally treated myself to the GF3, MCGU and 200mm and it arrives soon.

I’ve been reading up on cams, spring and clutch options.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Cams and springs settings are a personal preference, but before jumping in check this video for base adjustments. When done and the joystick is back together don't forget to calibrate (no need to flash, as it's a new stick, just calibrate). And remember - every time after changing springs or cams calibration is needed.
