Hello from a new, excited owner of the Gunfighter MCGU just received this week in Germany. on first assembly I found the springs loaded with the included base on the week side. Doeas anyone know to happen which grade sprongs come preloaded with the base ? I can only asume they are all assembled to same specs, regardless of the grip included with. I found that Jesse Calder on his YT mentioned to use 2 50 grade springs per gimbal with his MCG U, the hardest included with the base howverr is one set of 40A. (I'd recomend VKB to inlude 50s with the Ultimate as they do with the extensions).
That's nitpicking on a high level, though and I am blown away by what I now hold in my hands - yet a lot of ideas and questions on the horizon.

The default springs are there only to hold the gimbal in place and not as a recommended setup. You could try different combinations of springs by following this guide.

There's stock left only on Ali at this time, but a new batch is under works.

They weren't in Europe when I checked - just for curiosity's sake. So, I signed up for the notification email and the very next day I got updated they were ready to order. Curiosity became itch, open goes the wallet and just a "few" very long days later it arrived. Showed it to my colleage, who is on TM Warthog, he skipped curiosity pase and passed straight on to itch. Now I just need to let him know about the base incl. TM adaptor being in stock

Well, congrats. My very old Saitek X45’s trigger got stuck 5-6 weeks ago, and this time I decided I’m not opening up to reseat the spring for the umpteenth time. IL-2 being the only flight sim I play, I can do with a KB-12 grip, but playing in VR, I need all the buttons I can get .

What I understood from fallout9’s post is that the stock springs are just to keep the gimbal steady during shipping, so if I had to guess, I’d say they were pretty light weight.

Just a metaphor But some people like a really loose grip and would leave it like that.

Did I call it, or did I call it? “In stock” notification email came while I was 2 hours in to the workday and by the time I got back home, NA store said there was only 1 left. I hope it was correct, placing the order and finding out there’s none left would be a crushing blow. I hope in my rush I didn’t forget to add any other accessories I may have wanted to the cart.

Edit: I thought this was the new batch. I guess they’re being released as production progresses.

Found that info hidden but actually mentioned on the accessory spring SKU descrtiption...seems the only way to get hold of #50 grade is with an extension. I decided to experiment with stacked springs to evaluate the prfect tension disassembling and fit the Sace S gimbals.
@kissTheSky: they shipped within a couple of days and in EU it only took 2 work days from Netherlands to Germany doorstep. Perfectly executed. You'll love it
