I am Canadian and I'm not referring to DHL's collection of brokerage fees, import duties, PST or GST, I understand and accept that. What I don't understand is how DHL gets to add a "remote area surcharge" on top of the fee we've already paid to have our product shipped. No one can tell me that it costs more to ship that same package from the Canadian port of entry to my house than it does from China to that same port of entry. My last order with VKB was the MCG Ultimate and I had a choice to use DHL or FedEx, guess you can figure out who I chose. And no they didn't tack a "remote area surcharge" on to my bill.
Anyway that's the bone that sticks in my throat with DHL, none of which is the fault of VKB.
