Is NXT Gladiator design inspired from an existing jet ?

Hi all !

So, I was just wondering if the Gladiator NXT was inspired of an existing jet ?

Thanks :)

It was designed for space pilots, but it's very similar to an F-16 grip.

Should be good for most jets or space ships.

Hey, just checked F16 grip and that not so similar ... however I get it, it was more a design for space sim.
Not sure if it'll be a good choice for DCS :|

Sure the hats are arranged differently than the F-16 grip and you don't have the pinky paddle but you have all the hats and buttons on the premium version that you need to get everything from the real grip bound in DCS and the placement is close enough that it doesn't really matter.

Granted I'm pretty new to DCS but I found binding the F-16 grip controls to my Gladiator really straightforward since they are so similar. The frogfoot on the other hand I was just making stuff up since it's not that similar and in the little bit of looking I did I couldn't find out what all the buttons on its grip were supposed to be.
