I have a Space Combat Grip on a GF3 base and will be going with a 100mm extension. What Springs would you recommend for WW2 /Elite Dangerous.

Springs, cams, dry clutch and curves are very personal preferences and could widely vary.
I would say that both Il-2 and E:D are 'slow' sims (compared with SC or SWS) so springs on the heavier side would fit better. Try 2x#20 per cam, or maybe 1x#20+1x#30?
