I bought 2 GF II PRO, one generation 1 (2018) and one generation 2 (2019).
The first one has all cables and connectors completely dead after 2 years of usage. The issue is known and you fixed the problem on your new devices by changing your PCB with some cable anchor for example.
The second one was delivered with one axis and one magnet issues. More than 1 month to get a solution after many weeks of email exchanges and finally a base replacement. The return fee was for me.

Begin of September of this year, as I was bored to fix by myself all wire connection issues on my first GF II generation, I decided to upgrade to the GF III with the kits you are selling on your website.
I sent picture of my two devices and asked support if pats were available. The support confirmed and I ordered for 2 upgrades + a left new grip.
1 week later I was informed that some parts are not finally available. I received 2 weeks later all parts except the dust cover for my GFII old generation. The support explain me that this part will be sent later (+ some additional spear buttons managed in an other case).
Today the support told me all the missing parts have sent (no traking ID) and more than 10 days later I've still received nothing.
Enough is enough! The support told me they do not understand my problem if the dust cover is not delivered meneing I would be able to use the Joystick without

For sure, I tested to mount the old dust cover but it does not feet !!! Tired...

So I'm gonna open a PAYPAL reclaim and share with the dogfight community my experience with VKB devices/support.
