VKBdevCfg threat detected

Hi,

I recently downloaded VKBDecCfg (v0.91.3.7) from https://vkbcontrollers.com/?page_id=4609. When I extracted the file, my Norton anti-virus software automatically detected it as a threat and removed it. I scanned the .exe file using VirusTotal and the SecureAge APEX engine detected it as malicious (https://virustotal.com/gui/file/bcdf9766ae368b610cbf8ea820372d971c0caac19ffd2b9d3f5907fa1af1c877/detection). Since only 1/66 engines detected it as a threat, does it mean that this is a false positive and that I can safely run the file?

I have MalwareBytes and sometimes is flagging the VKBDevCfg as a threat. Just add it to the ignore list.
