Is it at all possible to still pair up a MCG Pro or Kosmosima Premium grips with a GF Mk 1 / Rev A base?

I see the electronic adapter kits available, but I'm not sure they entail a connector swap. All advice appreciated.

I would e-mail support or sales. A few months back I asked about an Kosmo Premium for my Mk.I---which showed out of stock at the time---and they sold me one. It is puzzling that the sales site for NA doesn't list any options for Mk.I an longer---just a few weeks back all grips were available for Mk.I (I gradually bought them all).
