Hello!

I recently purchased the gladiator K product and was wondering about the mode button on the base. For some reason when i try to do calibration and press finish the red and green LED lights start to flash pretty rapidly. Also shouldnt the mode button when pressed change the led from red to green and vice versa? For some reason the red light stays lit and doesnt switch to the green led. I have made sure that the mode button does show that it registers when pressed, but the LED doesnt not change.

LEDs are flashing if the calibration was unsuccessful. Make sure you'll include all the axis in the calibration: pitch, roll, twist, mini-throttle and the ministick (if you have the Premium version). Here's the guide about calibrating the device.
The Mode button is programmed as a regular button on the Gladiator K because it's been considered there are plenty of buttons without having any multipliers. But if you still need more buttons here's a tutorial about setting the Mode button as a Shift.
