OK so I just ordered the cams/electronics/dust cover upgrade kit for my GF MkI. It says on the page about taking a pic of the gimbal so the engineers will know which model I have. I've done that but did I miss something about uploading it? Didn't see a button for it at any point during checkout. Will I get an email requesting it? Just wondering. Apologies if I posted in the wrong forum. Didn't think it really fell under tech support.

No worries about the picture, that’s needed only for GFII upgrades.

Yeah I guess the MkI was a bit of a one off! Thanks man.

FYI, I just got an email from VKB requesting the gimbal pic. So I guess this can be expected after the ordering process has gone through.

And the idea is not for me having to chase those photos, as the note on the webshop said they should be provided by the customer after they place the order in the first place. Usually, I get notes from VKB HQ where the photo is, and I have to go hunt. This delays order processing.

I hear ya Rrhode! I didn't order til I felt like doing a little PM on the gimbal and had it apart to take the pic! I saw it was required but there wasn't a mechanism to upload it in the order process or I'd have done it right then. Thanks for picking it up tho.
