Black Mamba MK III
I have this and was wanting to know if any new grips will are in production for this model.
My current flight grip buttons are not all working and I would like to get a new replacement grip.

Last word (last year, about this time) was that they didn't have firmware ready. It doesn't seem to be a priority in other words. Supporting older bases, even if they themselves are not super profitable anymore, would increase confidence and sales in current bases though. Not sure how they reason in terms of employees, but they seem quite lean. However, as there are limits to how hard people can work and labor is the only source of economic value and profit, there seems to be ample room for expansion. Or at least, they could release an open source version of the firmware to the community to make it compatible.

I've been waiting for this a long time and would've bought the MCG Pro when it was ready for the Black Mamba III, but there were no notifications or info, even though I signed up for a mail list for it.

I am still interested but http://shop.vkb-sim.pro/items/mcg_base_arh/ says it's out of stock, and no mention of it in the regional (EU) store.

I have no probs with rewiring things (even if I had hoped for better modularity between grips) or doing manual modifications, if all I need (apart form the firmware) is the version of the grip in the link? There are no mechanical/fitting problems?

As someone with a black mamba mk 3 but no compatible vkb grips I am very interested in getting the MCG Pro I own on the Mamba. Very glad to hear the firmware is ready to go! Now just need to figure out how to get a 5 pin on the MCG.

Does that work for the Fat Black Mamba mk3?

Do VKB sell the grips standalone anymore? If not I may as well just try and sell my mamba and upgrade to the MCG or VPC equivalent.

The EU store lists the stand alone mamba grip now. Found it by chance.

It's a bit expensive but I think it makes the joystick complete. Are there still mamba extensions and cams around?
