Where and when can I buy a Kosmosima or modern ?

Im in New Zealand. Id like to buy a Kosmosima or a modern combat stick and base. Ive been watching this site for about a month. Im struggling to see where I can buy a product . The US website is out of stock all the time. The EU site seems to accept preorders. ( but not for Kosmosima) Ive heard people saying that when stock comes in it sells out in hours. I guess Im shocked that a product is only occasionally available. Its unclear how I can get one. When it will be available or even where Im supposed to go to get one. Its all a bit confusing
