Is there a way to convert gladiator pro mk1 to 3 pin? I need a solution bad

I need the same for my Gladiator pro MK1 but I think there is no 3 to 5 pin adapter and there is no Kosmosima or MCG grips with 5 pin connectors. We are stuck with KG12 grip forever.
