Does the Gunfighter base with MCG or SCG grips work on Mac Os?
Is it Plug and Play?
Can you be more specific for Mac Users.
No info about this on product page.

YES with more than one buts.
BUT there is no configuration utility for Mac, you will have to set up a windows machine on your mac
BUT Mac may fail on complex configuration (when you have additional virtual keyboard and/or mouse, plus gaming devices)
