Gladiator twist axis not recognized in World of Warplanes

Got my new Gladiator from VKB today. Found that the twist axis for rudder is not recognized. Any ideas? Roll and Pitch works fine rudder stuck in left turn. Stick is incredibly smooth in flight except for the rudder.
Thanks

Would like to add so far I am very pleased with this stick. Used it also in Warthunder but haven't quite got it fine tuned yet. Makes the 3D Pro look like something you play Pong or play Mario Brothers with. Puzzled why WOW won't recognize the rudder axis

Can't help you much with your problem, but this is the general discussion section. Technical support would be in said section.

Does the axis read properly in Wizzo? Have you done the calibration? Does it show 0 to 65whatever00000 when moving left and right?

I will delete this thread and repost or if someone can move it I would appreciate it
. Did calibrate in window. And checked Wizzo problem is in their software. Need some advice on setup in Warthunder.

I'm sorry but I don't exactly understand. Do you mean you used Windows calibration? You're not supposed to do that, I don't know what the consequences are. And you see the problem in the Wizzo program, but did you do the calibration (in Wizzo) first?

Checked Wizzo first calibration is fine. The "specialist " from Wargaming said to make sure Windows recognize the stick. I went through the Windows Setup and made sure Windows and the stick match. The sitck is working as it should in both windows,Wizzo, and Warthunder. Pretty much to me narrows it down to the game itself. The rudder problem I have had previously also tome indicates a problem with the game. I wanted to make sure I was covering my bases and was not missing something. I only play that game to build credits to use in two other games. They changed format in that game and I don't care for it at all. Still looking for a good WWII flight combat sim. Oh and I just went back through Wizzo it is still funcioning as it should as far as I cam tell. Tried to delete or move this post but was unable to.
Thank You for your help if you have any further thoughts please post

Glad it is not a problem with the stick.

For WWII sims you can try Warthunder. Personally I'm not a huge fan but maybe you'd like it. Multiplayer seems to be mostly the arcade mode and is dominated by mouse users which makes it really hard with a joystick since they can shoot anywhere instantly. Also can be hard to control with a joystick since the planes do a 360 in like 2 seconds. There is a simulator mode which is not bad but you'd probably be stuck in single player, and the missions didn't seem very balanced.

A better game would be IL2. I'm enjoying it and it has a relaxed control mode and a more hardcore setting.

For some reason I thought IL2 was dead. Is it still kicking and does it still have the Multiplayer mode. Will check it out not that crazy about Warthunder but so far it's the lesser of the evils I have found so far.

Was just breaking in my stick on an 80 player server, so I guess it's still going. There was no hud and complex engine controls were forced on though. I was playing Stalingrad.
