It will include trigger and hat switches, yes. Most likely analog slew axes for thrusters as well!

Do we have any sort of time frame for the release of the new space and modern fighter grips?

According to VKB HQ, Q2 2017 is the goal here for at least the modern jet grip - at least that's the plan. The Kosmosima shouldn't be too far behind.
