US/Canadian Customers - Roll Call

HI guys,
In order to capture those of you who got "lost" after Stratojet and VKB "broke up", I would like for you to get in touch with me.
If you were a Stratojet customer, VKB might not have gotten any of your customer information needed to support you, add you to their customer database, or to answer your questions!
This disconnect could lead to:
- you could be missing out on any future VKB (pre)order windows that open up
- you might not be getting any answers to the questions you might have emailed Stratojet
- you might not be getting the warranty issue(s) taken care of that you might have filed with Stratojet
That said, you might be waiting in vain to get that answer/feedback/support you had hoped for from them.
If you haven't already done so, please contact me (see email in signature below) with your complete shipping information, and anything that you are wanting to be alerted about and/or wanting to reserve regarding any VKB products. Also, let me know if you have filed any issues covered under warranty (proof needed), or anything else that Stratojet hasn't responded to. Thanks!
