I am looking to buy a new flightstick and VKB products look very good.

But I only fly jets and would like to have something like the Black Mamba with a separate throttle (HOTAS).

Is it in the plans to make a Mamba mk 4 or something?

The VKB Gunfighter will replace the Mamba, with an even better gimbal as the Mamba MkIII has.
Since VKB seems to embrace the idea of modularity by using exchangeable grips, there will be a modern grip made for the Gunfighter eventually, too.

Wow, that looks seriously impressive. That grip design looks very ergonomic and functional, and potentially more axis if it has yoke style control in addition to the dual sticks.

Anyaway, why was the Mamba line discontinued? As I can see the latest was just released last year.

Yes, Mamba line was discontinued after Black Mamba and Vintage Mamba limited editions - although FSC continues advertising some models.
