Extension dampeners from VKB?

This topic is aimed at the VKB engineers, especially Ilya (UIV):
Is it possible for VKB to design some form of dampener that allows an extended Mamba or other future VKB flight controls to have a more "stiff" center compared to the rather loose feeling of the current extended sticks?
I love my Mamba MkIII with its extension, but I do not like the very loose feeling of its center, as it is only held by the springs on the gimbal. Some external dampeners might help to give a stick with extension a more solid feel around the center. Here's a mockup that I made to illustrate this idea (see image attached).
So, is this possible for VKB to design something like this to retrofit my "Extended Mamba" with?
