Thanks for the update Jason. Waiting to see what the outcome of the talks with Amazon is.

I see that my Glad Pro is on the way :D :D :D :D . Do you have an update on when we should expect to see some new Warthog Adapters available?

thanks,

Kevin

No problem, thanks Jason. I think I'll stick with the Pro at this stage. Hopefully I got in in time.

Just checked my Amazon order from August 23rd and the status has changed. It is expected to ship on 9/12. May check your order page to see if it's been updated.

My order date is August 28, but delivery is showing Sep 29 - Oct 04.

Might have just missed the only batch :(

Well, that's a good problem to have I suppose. I'm wondering if I should just cancel my order through Amazon, and try and deal direct through VKB if I've now missed the boat completely. I think Ilya said that they have another batch due in China/Russia in couple of weeks, and would make sense to have it shipped direct from China, rather than waiting for boat all the way to America, then flown at great expense back to Australia. We really just get several kinds of fucked when it comes to getting international goods here in Aus. :(

Caillin, wanted to let you know that mine shipped out today and Amazon looks to have more in stock on the 15th, so here's hoping they had one to fill your order.

Cheers for the heads up Wowaegon. Just checked, and ship date is still the 28th, however, as you said, it's showing stock availability on the 15th. However, based on Jason's comments, Amazon can be a bit loopy with those notifications, so I've hedged my bets this time and put myself in the queue for the next batch being assembled in China at the moment via Daisy at VKB direct. I'll keep both orders open until one ships, as I really, really don't want to miss the boat this time, as it'll likely mean a 6+month wait until the Gunfighter!

Yeah, saw that. Bummer. I won't pour salt on the wound by telling you that I received mine yesterday and it's a pretty awesome stick.. :) I had a little difficulty getting the grip attached but figured the issue out pretty quickly. Got to spend some more time with it but so far it's looking like a great replacement for my CH fighterstick..

Bastard, haha :) Congrats though, I'm sure you'll be enjoying it for a long time. I've always been a massive fan of the CH sticks and their gimbal, as I used an original CH Flightstick with Wing Commander 1 and various other games a long time ago. Also preferred the light, precise throw compared to the TM products at the time. The VKB products are what I imagine CH would evolve to if they never gave up on the consumer market.

I'll just bide my time patiently. At the very least, there will be another batch ready in China before too long.

Woohoo!! Good to hear.. Just curious, what kind of transit time are you looking at to get it in Australia?

It's saying the 30th, so just over 2 weeks. However stuff from Amazon has arrived within 5 days sometimes, as long as it passes through customs quickly. Will just have to wait and see.

Been trying to work out a solution for roll axis now that I'm going with the Pro. Might try my T16k in left hand and go dual stick. I've been trying to get used to A and D on my Orbweaver for roll, but it gets a bit to crazy and no analogue control.
