Hello,
I have not received my stick, nor have I received an email regarding its dispatch from FSC Europe.
I was wondering if this is just a mistake, or other people are in this situation.

Hi,

I received mine last week on Tuesday so it looks like eu customers are getting their orders fulfilled. I didn't get an email from fsc, but did get one from the local postal service with a track and trace number; email on Monday and delivered the next day.

I received mine a couple of days ago. I got an automated email with tracking info from FSC. Quick delivery. Maybe they are sending them in turn of order no.
