Production of grips will be finished in this week. When we receive grips, we will arrange delivery asap. Yes, you will get tracking number after sending out.
We try to move faster, but it's really not easy, because it's new model of joystick, we want to move faster, but new tooling need to change again and again after multiple checking. Because we want to provide products with best quality. For example, Saitek or Thrustmaster release new model after 5 years, but our model line is updated every year. It's big pressure for our engineer team. and I will appreciate if you can understand about this.

VKB Vintage Mamba pre-order

Unfortunately Vintage Mamba is not yet ready. Grips are produced separately by the other vendor and it will take couple of weeks more to produce it. Then we would need some time to assemble and for testing. If all goes fine, we should start dispatching the orders for Vintage Mamba joysticks in May.

Our apologies for the delay.

hooray

I'm in no hurry, but travel a lot, and would just like to plan ahead to see if I can collect the package myself or if I need to make some kind of arrangement.

Your order is Fat Mamba? or Vintage Mamba? In last week, we shipped Fat Mamba to our Europe warehouse by UPS.(To make delivery faster). If everything is ok, it can arrive in Europe warehouse in this week. So that you will have your Mamba approximately in next week.
Vintage Mamba, we get our grip and can start assembly asap.
Thanks again for your understanding.

Most parcels were sent yesterday by DHL, so that I think Stratojet will send you tracking number tomorrow. But because of so many parcels, some of them are about to be arranged tomorrow by DHL and tracking number can be available the day after tomorrow.
All should be so fast to arrive by DHL, don't worry about this.

I ordered from FSC not Stratojet (I'm in the UK!) Will I still get tracking today? :)
